The Fund’s investment objective is to invest in mid-stage companies, including early and late-stage companies, in order to achieve long-term capital appreciation, in Latin America and other countries.
The Fund will seek to invest in companies that are competitive within Latin America and in global markets; that strive to take advantage of the growing demand for communications services and technology; having proprietary and innovative applications, services, or technology; having distinct or growing market shares; having defensible profit margins; having strong management teams with required domain expertise; or where business turnaround is possible with or without the intervention of the General Partner or the Management Company.
